About The Project

The objective of this project is to strengthen digital learning and administrative efficiency at MPPS Lalkota by establishing a basic yet effective digital infrastructure. At present, the school has limited access to computers and printing facilities, which restricts teachers from preparing digital lessons, conducting technology-based activities, and printing learning materials for students. Through this project, the school proposes to procure two complete Dell computer systems (CPU, monitor, keyboard, and mouse) and one HP colour laser printer. These resources will support teachers in lesson planning, preparation of worksheets, assessments, maintenance of student records, and creation of digital teaching content. The colour laser printer will help in producing quality worksheets, notices, certificates, and project materials for students. The proposed digital setup will directly benefit students of Classes 1 to 5 by improving classroom engagement through multimedia teaching and access to printed learning resources. Teachers will benefit by gaining access to reliable digital tools that enhance instructional quality and reduce manual workload. Overall, this project aims to create a more interactive, efficient, and technology-enabled learning environment at MPPS Lalkota, leading to improved learning outcomes and better school administration.
